This successful design was developed for other offices in the client’s network, was incorporated into their latest branch remodel. This transformation lends a modern edge to the bank’s signature dark red palette, flat screen displays and open-ended pod, while preserving the favored traditional appearance.

The hybrid pod features a flat screen display positioned so customers can view content as they perform transactions. There’s also an interactive screen with touchscreen technology, and rebuilt offices with glass walls on both sides of the space.

The community room can be accessed via a 24-hour separate entrance, and can be used by local businesses and organizations, and for community group meetings of various kinds.

The combination of pods, glass walls, new offices, branding, a community room and community themed graphics has injected a new sense of vitality that is attractive to customers and branch staff alike.
