Solidus created a new look for our American Eagle Financial Credit Union branch, making 1,500 sq. ft. space stand out on a very busy street in a new market. Though the space was small, the Solidus design team provided us with all the essential components of a modern branch. Their highly competent project management team worked with our American Eagle team to ensure successful completion, on time and within budget.

Solidus took care of everything, from getting contractor trade bids to dealing with city permits and zoning boards. The professionalism, communication, and collaboration the Solidus team demonstrated made our experience worry free.

Throughout the entire design and construction phases of our new Norwalk branch, the Solidus team was extremely organized and professional. They demonstrated great attention to detail, finished the project on time and on budget…and the end result was a great finished product.

Solidus designed and built what is a beautiful office building during the day, but at night, when it’s fully illuminated, you couldn’t pay for that kind of billboard on Route 30 if you tried. It’s incredible.

I didn’t have any constructive criticism following our Chicopee office renovation because everything went so well with Solidus. In fact, we’re using the firm again over in Westfield and we are confident everything will again proceed according to our agreement.

Finex CU chose Solidus for our branch redesign / rebranding project. With our branch delivery systems rapidly changing, Solidus displayed the needed expertise in new small branch concepts that enabled us to implement video ITMs and reshape our traditional cash operations. They seamlessly integrated rebranding concepts into the open flowing design which included glass partitions, pendant lights, flat screen TV, and spotlights. The new branch facilitates private consultative advice along with more efficient automated cash transactions. Solidus earned our trust and executed flawlessly with professional expertise and a friendly personal touch!

Solidus designed and built our new Financial Solutions Center. This full service center has dramatically boosted productivity. We’ve doubled our deposits, and tripled our loan volume compared to our old branch template across the street. Solidus understood our strategic vision exactly, and were there with innovative answers.

The Solidus team knows where the future of banking is going, and really understood our needs when developing a primary theme for the branch. They refined several design options before coming up with the ideal solution, and also helped establish best practices for us. Communication was always on point. We were always on the same page and, once finalized, our concept was realized on schedule.
