Unified Bank

Solidus designed and built an 8,950 square foot ground-up branch for Unified Bank in Wheeling, West Virginia, completed in 2025. The fully integrated facility includes a detached three-lane drive-thru that required extensive zoning approvals and a coordinated wayfinding signage program. Our Integrated Project Delivery process kept construction moving through a harsh winter season with proactive site protection, delivering the branch on schedule and on budget.
