Mercer Savings Bank

Solidus designed and built a 2,943 square foot ground-up branch for Mercer Savings Bank in Berne, Indiana in 2025, serving a rural Amish community where mobile banking access matters as much as the branch itself. The facility includes a branded mobile banking van and an attached garage that houses it between mobile service runs. Our Integrated Project Delivery process handled architecture, interior design, branding, signage, and construction under one team to fit the unique demands of this market.
