First Citizens Credit Union

Solidus designed and built a 3,315-square-foot ground-up credit union branch for First Citizens Federal Credit Union in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Architecture, construction, and branded environment came together under one integrated delivery model, with a single team accountable from concept through opening day.

The exterior pairs tan brick, cultured stone, and composite metal panel with a bold blue brand facade and white aluminum columns. A two-lane drive-through with ATM gives members fast, convenient access.

Inside, an open-concept lobby anchors the member experience. A walnut wood slat ceiling cloud, luxury vinyl tile, and carpet tile flooring set the tone. A full-wall branded graphic installation puts the credit union's core values front and center.

The program includes a flexible community room with floor-to-ceiling storefront glazing, private glass-front offices, a quiet room, lounge seating, and a dedicated team lead station. Finishes feature Armstrong Woodworks walnut wall panels, Patcraft LVT and carpet tile, Wilsonart solid surface counters, Designtex wallcovering, and Falkbuilt prefab wall systems.
