UMassFive Federal Credit Union

Solidus completed a 2,600-square-foot branch renovation for UMassFive College Federal Credit Union in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. The project began with AccuBranch, whose market analysis and data-driven site selection identified a former TD Bank branch as the right location for UMassFive’s first full-service branch in Hampden County. Those insights helped inform how Solidus approached the branch design, ensuring the space responded to the market, location, and needs of the members it would serve.

From there, Solidus brought architecture, interior design, construction, branding, and signage together through one Integrated Project Delivery process. The transformed branch includes an open, welcoming lobby that brings the UMass Five brand to life throughout the space, including future proofing measures to support long term growth.
