Unified Center for Unified Bank

Solidus completed a 14,500 square foot renovation of Unified Bank's corporate office in St. Clairsville, Ohio in 2026. Working with Schremshock Architects, our Integrated Project Delivery process brought architecture, interior design, construction, branding, signage, and furniture and millwork together for a building that houses Unified's executive leadership, operations, lending, and training teams. The project added a new tower and large front signage, rebuilt major retaining walls, and cleared vacant neighboring buildings to expand parking, with new cubicle workstations throughout the interior.
