Seasons FCU

Solidus renovated Seasons FCU's 2,905 square foot Middletown, Connecticut main office, removing the teller line so members could transact via video tellers (ITMs) supported by universal bankers. We divided the space into a 1,850 square foot branch and a 1,055 square foot call center, branding the walls behind the video tellers to keep the experience tied to the branch environment. An interactive digital wall in the vestibule and supporting graphics throughout the space create a vibrant member experience anchored by cutting-edge technology.
