Savings Institute Bank & Trust

Solidus completed a 4,200 square foot phased occupied renovation of Savings Institute Bank & Trust's Enfield, Connecticut branch in 2018, keeping the branch fully open throughout construction. We demolished the entire interior and rebuilt every office and conference room, installed new HVAC and lighting, and added a branded beverage center, waiting area, two pods, a drive-thru zone, and back-of-house IT and work rooms. The result extends the signature transitional design Savings Institute has carried across other Solidus-built locations.
