Solidus completed an extensive interior and exterior renovation of this three-story main office in Western Massachusetts. The project included removal of a large central staircase to improve security and reconfigure the footprint, along with structural infill to create additional usable space.

We modernized the branch with updated finishes, branded glass offices, new millwork, upgraded lighting and HVAC, and refreshed interior branding consistent with the credit union’s standards. Exterior improvements included a new angled canopy, enhanced signage, fresh paint, and a branded ATM installation.

The transformed branch now offers a warmer, more efficient layout with improved visibility, stronger branding presence, and a modern member experience.
