Needham Bank (Annex)

Solidus built a 568 square foot standalone drive-thru annex for Needham Bank in Needham, Massachusetts in 2023, designed to overcome site limitations at the main branch. Through our Integrated Project Delivery process, we delivered a full-service extension that houses two employees and supports complete transaction capabilities. The annex extends the branch's customer service capacity without expanding the main building.
