Franklin First Federal Credit Union

Solidus completed a 1,600 square foot annex expansion and renovation for Franklin First Federal Credit Union in Greenfield, Massachusetts in 2020 to support the credit union's administrative growth. The project required a new foundation, slab on grade, and wood-framed construction, plus a coordinated push through Covid-19 and utility-related challenges. The completed annex adds an office, five workstations, a multipurpose board room, code-compliant bathrooms, a kitchenette, storage, and new mechanicals.
