Solidus transformed this traditional branch into a modern, light-filled retail environment while the bank remained fully operational. The renovation introduced Centreville’s first ITMs, replaced the teller line with a pod-based layout, and significantly improved efficiency and flow.

A new parking lot entrance and off-hours accessible community room enhanced visibility and accessibility, with over 95% of customers now using the new entry. The refreshed interior features collaborative workspaces, updated finishes, and a refined application of the bank’s branding palette to create a contemporary yet balanced identity.

The result is a brighter, more efficient branch that launched Centreville’s ITM program and elevated the member experience.
