Cape Ann Savings Bank

Solidus designed and built a 2,500 square foot ground-up branch for Cape Ann Savings Bank in Gloucester, Massachusetts in 2022, with coastal-inspired architecture and integrated historic photography throughout. Through our Integrated Project Delivery process, we handled architecture, interior design, branding, signage, and construction under one roof, including eco-friendly elements such as solar panels and wind turbines. The open concept layout pairs Cape Ann's regional identity with a sustainability story that resonates with the Gloucester community.
