Joseph P. Bullister Named Chief Operating Officer of Solidus

Since joining Solidus as Director of Operations, Joe has played a pivotal role in strengthening project execution, team performance, and operational processes. His elevation to COO comes at a key moment as the company accelerates its growth. Joe’s leadership will focus on geographical expansion into new markets, delivering innovative solutions that meet clients’ rapidly evolving needs, and driving greater operational efficiency across all projects and locations.

With more than 30 years in the construction and real estate development industry, Joe brings deep expertise in design-build project management, preconstruction, team leadership, and client relationship development. Prior to Solidus, he held senior leadership positions at Kossman Development Company and PW Campbell, where he managed multi-million dollar projects across the East and Midwest, including large-scale retail conversions, solar energy installations, and architectural studio operations.

Joe will continue to oversee operations across multiple states, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while championing process improvements and strong client partnerships.
