Savings Institute Bank & Trust

Solidus designed and built a 1,498 square foot ground-up branch for Savings Institute Bank & Trust in Groton, Connecticut in 2017, replacing a larger inefficient branch across the street with a leaner pad-site footprint. The signature green branded wall behind the pods features a graphic of a lighthouse on nearby Block Island Sound, and a beverage center flat-screen rotates between local news, NASDAQ data, and bank promotions. A community wall with map and local landmark photographs ties the new branch into Groton.
