This busy main office renovation involved removing the teller line so that transactions and other banking activities can be conducted via video tellers (ITMs). There are universal bankers present in the new space to assist members who are unfamiliar in using the technology, as well as provide comprehensive support for any other member needs.
We divided the total branch space of 2,905 sq. ft. into two sections; 1,850 sq. ft. comprises the transformed branch, and 1,055 sq. ft. is now the call center. We branded the walls behind the video tellers, to give the experience some identity and awareness of being within the branch environment.
We installed an interactive digital wall area in the vestibule, and applied graphics and other design elements throughout the space. This was a collaborative effort between the credit union’s marketing department and our team at Solidus.
The result is a vibrant member experience with superb branding, cutting edge technology and universal bankers, in a 1,850 sq. ft. branch space.
