Centreville Bank

Solidus renovated a 2,200 square foot space in Cranston, Rhode Island in 2021 as the new home for Centreville Bank, taking over a building that had housed another bank for some 40 years. The full retrofit included abatement, a large teller pod, private offices, and an Interactive Teller Machine accessible 24/7 from either the vestibule or a drive-up lane. Our Integrated Project Delivery process kept the project on time, on budget, and safely delivered through the ongoing challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.
