Cape Ann Savings Bank

Solidus renovated Cape Ann Savings Bank's 2,500 square foot Customer Experience Center in 2020, the ground floor space that serves as the bank's harborside entry to its Main Street Gloucester, Massachusetts headquarters. Through our Integrated Project Delivery process, we removed the existing teller line and several walls while preserving key architectural details, then introduced floor-to-ceiling glass wall systems, a cash recycler, large electronic displays, and a contemporary brand palette. The result reinforces Cape Ann's traditional values in a markedly more transparent and modern customer environment.
