We are excited to share images of Cape Ann Savings Bank’s newly remodeled Customer Experience Center, a 2,500 sq. ft., ground floor space that serves as the bank’s harborside entry to its Main Street headquarters in Gloucester, Mass.
The new, contemporary platform features floor to ceiling glass wall systems that provides a more transparent appearance while still providing privacy. Demolition included removing the existing teller line and several walls while preserving key architectural elements such as ceiling details and masonry components.
The customer service area now includes a cash recycler and large, electronic display screens. Updated signage, a new color palette and branding reinforces a contemporary feel while embracing the bank’s traditional values.
