Solidus gives a guaranteed project Price and Schedule

Many clients are surprised at the Guaranteed Project Price we give before work begins. Our experienced estimators, planners and architects enable this by working closely together to develop a very accurate scope of work. Our projects are executed in a three phase sequence. Phases One and Two involve careful planning. Phase Three is the physical construction itself.

Phase One (Project Study)

Following meetings and discussions with the client to explore requirements, budget and concepts, the team generates a detailed analysis of the project to create an itemized table of probable costs. All markups are included, with an explanation of our fees for the client's benefit. We also develop an estimated project schedule.

Phase Two (Project Development)

If the client approves, we'll deliver a more complete specification of the project, including construction documents. We can also now give our guaranteed deadline for completion and Guaranteed Project Price (GPP) after receiving bids from our vetted tradesmen. This guarantee means there will be no change orders for the project.
