Challenges
- Convert an abandoned McDonald's into Hamilton Sundstrand's new Enfield credit union branch
- Design and develop a new, contemporary brand image for the credit union that could be utilized for all future projects
- Completely redesign both the inside and outside of the structure, while working within the confines of the existing building's footprint
- Work with Planning & Zoning, the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Building Department to complete the complex project on time

- Created an entirely new design from the ground-up while adhering to the original budget and timeframe

- Completed the project right on schedule, despite the start date being stalled six weeks due to weather, Planning and Zoning and DOT issues
Results
- Solidus created a contemporary design for Hamilton Sundstrand 360 Federal Credit Union despite the unanticipated demolition of the existing structure.
